 - The RMC administers two grant programs. This brochure, Helping Rural

  - The Govenor's Intergovernmental Commission for Agriculture, which 
  the RMC is a member of, has released "Understanding and Responding to the 
  Changing Needs of Maryland Agriculture: A Toolkit for Local Communities." Read the toolkit. 
  
 - The Maryland Rural Development Corporation (MRDC), a private, 
  non-profit, is the official Community Action Agency for Cecil, Caroline and 
  Kent Counties on the Eastern Shore. MRDC has been recognized as an 
  “Outstanding Rural Development Program” by the National Association of 
  Development Organizations and the Rural Maryland Council. Read the MRDC's FY 2010 Annual Report. 
  
 - The Hershel S. Horowitz Center for Health Literacy at the University of 
  Maryland School of Public Health in College Park is a formal partner of 
  the RMC. We help the Center communicate its mission and services to rural 
  areas. This brochure, produced in partnership with the RMC, was published

 - The Maryland Agricultural and Resource-Based Industry Development 
  Corporation (MARBIDCO) began as a project of the RMC and is now its own 
  stand alone organization. Its general information brochure was produced in
